Our apartments are located just 100 meters from the sea and only a short walk from Viale Dante, the pedestrian area of the city with many shops for strolling and shopping. All apartments are new and equipped with numerous amenities such as TV, washing machine, air conditioning, safe and bathroom with shower. Furthermore available, a private parking lot in about 800 m from the apartment.

For our guests we have also taken special agreements with the beach “La Playa Cattolica 75“, here you can rent at special prices parasols and loungers and at the same time take advantage of many free services such as swimming pool with Jacuzzi, dance studio, animation, water aerobics, many games for children, including a children’s club with babysitter, gym and changing rooms. For entertainment after sunset, many special theme nights.
